Dennis Hughes is owner of Team No Ego MMA created in 2005.  Dennis has been involved in MMA for over 14 years dating back to the days of “no holds barred.”   Hughes started his MMA training career with his father in law, Richard Snyders – a 35 year wrestling coach and blackbelt in Militech Fighting Systems.  Team No Ego began in a basement wrestling room with a group of police officers who wanted to stay in shape and study defensive tactics.   As the sport’s popularity increased, Dennis recognized the power of agility and conditioning training in conjunction with mma training.  The idea of Team No Ego is to allow all levels of athletes to train and learn in a safe environment.

Dennis runs an IKWF wrestling program for Team No Ego out of Oswego East.   Dennis lives in Oswego, Illinois with his wife and 3 kids.
